Thank you for providing your details. We will use the WordPress Username and Admin Password solely to establish a secure connection between your website and our service. Your credentials are encrypted at rest and will be deleted after 7 days.
Important: If you change your WordPress admin password, please contact us so we can re-establish the connection. Without a valid connection, our service cannot run.
Cancelling your service:
Your service period begins as soon as the payment has been successfully processed. For subscription services, your billing will automatically renew each month on the same date that you signed up. If you ever need to cancel, no problem at all!
Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you signed up on the 15th and decide to cancel, your service will remain active until the 15th of the following month.
If you’d like to request a cancellation, you can easily do so through our ticket system. You’ll find the link in the top menu, or you can access it directly here.
